Okay, so the plot of this is kind of insane – I’m sorry, the comic gremlins made me do it. I’ll try my best to explain it here. Don’t read if you don’t want to be spoiled (but do if you’re confused as to how it all goes).
Jean and Scott are going through some… shall we say, difficulties. She thinks it can all be worked out, until he slips out while Jean is using Cerebra. Lo and behold, Scott has been meeting with Emma Frost (played here by Ali Larter, whom I stole from Heroes) and having a psychic affair with her! Oh noes!
Jean finally confronts Scott about it, and he walks out on her. She gets comforted by Logan, and well, yeah, we know what happens there. 
Jean also confronts Emma, whom she pwns (yes, I’m trying to stick more or less to the comics storyline here. Ish).
Later on, Jean’s reminiscing about Scott, and how things hadn’t really been going too well for a while now. Eventually, she and Scott confront each other with a goodbye hug (which, granted, did not happen in the comics, but anyway), and Jean moves on to be with Logan.
Tragedy then strikes as Magneto kills Jean, Scott gets demoralized, and the world kinda goes to (the Here Comes Tomorrow storyline).
When Jean returns, she takes the timeline into the White Hot Room (the black and white scenes) and fixes things by having Scott and Emma get together. The rest of the video is Jean looking on from the afterlife/White Hot Room (in black and white) as Scott and Emma have a relationship.
This, thankfully, fixes the future, and Jean gets to continue her affair with Logan – in his dreams, of course, as she’s still physically dead. Jean also makes an attempt at reconciling with Emma. The video ends with Jean looking on as Scott has gotten over her and moved on to Emma, and she finally gets over him as well.
