NO. Only is sexual relations involve the girl or she is being hurt by her father. Other than that, he or she can’t.

No, what does that have to do with his parenting? That is a ridiculous idea!

So he’s gay or bi. Big f__g deal. Why would this be worse than him having sexual relationships with women?

No, those two things have nothing to do with each other. What matters is if he’s a good daddy or not.

It depends on the judge generally no a person’s sexuality has no baring on their ability as a parent. Obviously there are some old school ways of thinking still out there.

Probably not,But they should. The key word here is men ,not man.Because you are gay gives you the right to be a slut? That’s a reckless lifestyle.

If this is a recent development in your Ex’s life and you can PROVE that the girl is physically or mentally suffering from exposure to ANY act or situation, then a return to court after advice from the solicitor can be considered.
However, If the ONLY reason for your concern is the Homosexual relationship and the girl is neither showing distress or commenting adversely on the situation at home, you will unlikely have reason to force a review.

Who cares if he’s having sexual relationships with men? Her mother probably has sexual relationships with men, too, does that make her an unfit parent?
Who the parent sleeps with isn’t the defining criteria of whether or not they are a good parent. To be honest, a six year old shouldn’t even know what sexual relations ARE, let alone who her parents have them with, so it shouldn’t matter to the child that Daddy has friends that are guys.

No…………..unless he is involving the child in any way, however the same would apply if he had a gf and was involving the child, however if he is being a good father then his sexuality doesn’t come into it.

No, not if there is no signs or evidence of abuse. Gay men couples adopt children and theire sexual orientation is not an issue.

No. Why would he? Being gay doesn’t automatically make somebody a bad parent. That is no good reason to deny a child the right to be with it’s father. I have a good friend who also happens to be gay. He is raising his daughter alone, and she is a very happy and healthy child. It’s honestly not a problem.

Why would it be different if she lived with you and you slept with other men or woman. I am sure her father has more brains than to have sex in front of his child. Gay men are just that Gay, they don’t mess with little girls.
